In 2023 our founder, Bart Glinka, recognised a growing need in the business world—executives and teams were increasingly burdened with administrative tasks that distracted them from driving their organisations forward. Having worked closely with leaders in various industries, Bart saw firsthand how much time and energy was being drained by managing day-to-day logistics. From coordinating packed schedules and arranging last-minute travel to fielding endless emails and overseeing complex project details, these tasks, while vital, often stole valuable time from what truly mattered—building the business, strategising growth, and leading with impact.
As Bart observed, even the most successful executives found themselves bogged down in administrative work, struggling to balance their key responsibilities with a mountain of operational tasks. He realised that while these tasks were essential, they didn’t need to be handled by the leaders themselves—there was a smarter way to streamline productivity. He also recognised that traditional in-house executive assistants often lacked the flexibility and scalability required in today’s fast-paced, dynamic environment.
